At Room Lytham, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original Room Lytham tags still attached in their original packaging.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original parcel, clearly marking whether you would prefer a refund or a different size for exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our Lytham boutique using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
